This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a trial or subscription and how statutory cooling-off rights apply.

  1. 1) Who we are and scope

    This policy applies to your membership for Resolvio's dispute-assistance service purchased on get-resolvio.com.

  2. 2) 7-day trial for £1

    • The trial runs for 7 days for £1 (incl. VAT) and then renews automatically to the Basic plan at £29.90/month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
    • You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid the first monthly charge.
    • The £1 trial fee covers immediate access and operational costs and is non-refundable, except where required by law or under our Money-Back Policy below.
  3. 3) Monthly subscriptions (Basic / Premium)

    • Auto-renewal: Your plan renews each month until cancelled.
    • Cancel anytime (one-click): Use our one-click cancellation link here: https://www.get-resolvio.com/cancel-membership — no account login required.
    • Alternatively, email us at help@getresolvio.com (from your account email). We will confirm by email.
    • Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until then. We don't prorate partial months, unless mandated by law or explicitly stated in our Money-Back Policy.
  4. 4) UK consumer cooling-off (14 days)

    • If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after your initial purchase.
    • By starting your trial/subscription immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that if the service is fully performed (e.g., we complete substantial case work) within 14 days, you may lose your right to cancel for a full refund.
    • If you cancel within 14 days and the service has already begun, we may deduct a reasonable proportion for the service provided up to cancellation.
  5. 5) One-click cancellation (compliance)

    • We provide a prominent "Cancel Membership" one-click route at https://www.get-resolvio.com/cancel-membership that does not require contacting support or logging in to a third-party portal.
    • Email-only cancellation is also available: help@getresolvio.com.
  6. 6) After cancellation

    • Access remains active until period end; then we stop future charges.
    • Your account and case history may be retained per our Privacy Policy (evidence, accounting).
