These Subscription Terms govern your paid access to Resolvio's service.

  1. 1) Service description

    Resolvio is a membership-based dispute-assistance service that helps consumers address purchase issues with merchants (refund requests, formal notices, bank refund/chargeback assistance). Resolvio is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or insurance. Outcomes depend on merchant/bank scheme rules and your evidence.

  2. 2) Plans, trial, and pricing

    • Trial: 7 days for £1, then auto-renews to Basic (£29.90/month) unless cancelled.
    • Plans:
      • Basic: £29.90/month — 1 claim assistance at a time (concurrent), standard handling.
      • Premium: £69/month — unlimited claim assistance (fair-use), priority handling.
    • Prices include VAT where applicable and may change with 30 days' notice.
  3. 3) Billing and auto-renewal

    • You authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method each billing period.
    • If a payment fails, we may retry, request an alternative method, or suspend access.
  4. 4) Upgrades / downgrades

    • Upgrades take effect immediately; we may charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the cycle.
    • Downgrades take effect next billing period.
  5. 5) Fair use and limits

    • Basic: 1 active assistance case at any time per billing cycle.
    • Premium: no fixed cap, but we may apply fair-use measures to prevent abuse (e.g., concurrent case throttling).
    • We may pause or close cases that lack required evidence or involve suspected fraud.
  6. 6) Case cooperation

    You must provide accurate information and required documents (proof of purchase, communications, photos, tracking, etc.). We may close a case if cooperation is missing.

  7. 7) Cancellations and refunds

    • Cancel anytime per our Cancellation Policy.
    • Refunds are governed by our Money-Back Policy and applicable law.
    • We generally do not prorate partial months, except as required by law.
  8. 8) Compliance & restrictions

    • Service is for consumers aged 18+ and personal purchases.
    • No resale, no automated scraping, no abusive conduct towards staff or partners.
    • We may suspend/terminate for misuse, fraud, or legal risk with notice where feasible.
  9. 9) Disclaimers

    • Best-efforts assistance; no guarantee of recovery or outcome.
    • We are not affiliated with merchants or payment schemes.
    • External lawyers, if needed, are independent and separately engaged by you.
  10. 10) Governing law and forum

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

  11. 11) Changes

    We may update these Subscription Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
