These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Resolvio website, account area, and related services (the "Site"). They sit alongside our Subscription Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Money-Back Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.1 Resolvio is a dispute-assistance membership. We help consumers manage post-purchase problems with merchants (e.g., undelivered goods, faulty items, unprocessed refunds, subscription charges after cancellation). Our assistance may include drafting and sending merchant communications, formal demand letters, preparing bank-refund/chargeback documentation, and—where suitable—facilitating referrals to independent legal partners.
1.2 Not a law firm / no legal representation. Resolvio is not a law firm and does not provide regulated legal advice or represent you in court. Where specialist legal services are needed, we can introduce independent lawyers; any engagement is between you and that firm.
1.3 No guarantee of outcome. We operate on a best-efforts basis. Refunds/chargebacks/settlements are decided by merchants, card issuers, schemes, or courts. Outcomes and timing are outside our control.
1.4 Territory & scope. We primarily assist with online consumer purchases. Business/commercial purchases, cash transactions, or payments via certain intermediaries may be out of scope. Applicable evidence, deadlines and rules (e.g., card-scheme timelines—often up to ~90 days) vary; we will indicate requirements for your case.
2.1 Age & capacity. You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract.
2.2 Personal use. The service is intended for consumer use. Contact us for any business use case before subscribing.
2.3 Account information. You must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.1 Lawful use only. Do not misuse the Site (e.g., fraud, harassment, malware, scraping, reverse engineering).
3.2 Evidence & cooperation. You will provide truthful information and required documents (proof of purchase, communications with the merchant, photos, tracking, ID where lawful).
3.3 No duplicate/abusive claims. You will not submit the same claim multiple times or pursue parallel processes that conflict (e.g., bank disputes filed elsewhere without telling us).
4.1 Subscriptions & trials are governed by our Subscription Terms & Conditions (recurring billing, trial pricing, renewals, cooling-off, upgrades/downgrades).
4.2 Cancelling is easy. You can cancel anytime via Cancel Membership on the Site or by contacting help@getresolvio.com. Details in our Cancellation Policy.
4.3 Refunds. Subscription fee refunds are handled under our Money-Back Policy and applicable consumer law.
5.1 Our IP. The Site (text, UI, graphics, code, logos) is owned by Hilldan Services Limited or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
5.2 Your licence. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5.3 No copying/extraction. You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, or create derivative works from the Site, nor remove notices, nor use data-mining or scraping tools.
6.1 Privacy. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR compliant), including using reputable processors for payments, ticketing and communications.
6.2 Cookies. See our Cookie Policy for cookie categories, consent choices, and controls.
7.1 The Site may link to third-party websites, payment processors, form providers, or communication tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8.1 Availability. We strive to keep the Site secure and available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, outages, or incidents may occur.
8.2 Changes. We may update or discontinue features, plans, pricing, or content from time to time. For subscription-affecting changes, we will give notice as set out in the Subscription Terms & Conditions.
9.1 No warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
9.2 Outcome disclaimer. We do not guarantee any specific result, refund, chargeback, or legal outcome.
9.3 Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site and services is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the fees you paid to Resolvio in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or loss-of-profit damages.
9.4 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach the Agreement, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create risk/ liability for us or others. You may stop using the Site at any time and cancel per our Cancellation Policy.

11.2 Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer venue rights.
11.3 ADR. Where available, you may access alternative dispute resolution schemes; details available on request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-product). Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
