This Money-Back Policy explains when you can request a refund of membership fees. It supplements our Cancellation Policy and does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., UK 14-day cooling-off).
1) Scope
Applies to memberships purchased on get-resolvio.com (Basic £29.90/month; Premium £69/month). The £1 / 7-day trial is covered separately below.
2) £1 / 7-day trial
- The trial costs £1 (incl. VAT) for 7 days and then renews automatically to the Basic plan at £29.90/month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- The £1 trial fee is non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., if you purchased in error and did not use the service), or if expressly stated otherwise in writing.
3) 30-day satisfaction guarantee — first paid month only
We offer a one-time money-back guarantee on your first paid month (after the trial):
- Eligibility:
- Request the refund within 30 days of your first paid charge.
- One refund per customer (per person/payment method/account).
- Exclusions: Not available if, before your request, we have already secured a successful outcome on your case (e.g., refund/credit/chargeback approval) or completed substantial casework (merchant notices sent and a bank/issuer file prepared).
- Amount & method: We refund the membership fee for that first paid month to your original payment method. The £1 trial fee is excluded.
- Timeline: We aim to process within 14 days of approval (bank timelines may vary).
4) Renewals (subsequent months)
- Ongoing months are non-refundable, except for:
- Billing errors (duplicate charge, wrong amount), or
- Service unavailability predominantly caused by us (at our discretion).
- We don't offer pro-rata refunds when cancelling mid-cycle. You can cancel in one click here: https://www.get-resolvio.com/cancel-membership (access remains until the end of the current billing period).
5) How to request a money-back
Email help@getresolvio.com with subject "Money-Back Request", and include:
- Account email, full name, and last 4 digits of the card used
- Charge date and plan (Basic/Premium)
- Short reason (helps us improve; not required for eligibility)
We will confirm receipt and outcome by email.
6) Fair-use & abuse
We reserve the right to decline or revoke money-back eligibility in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refunds across multiple accounts/cards, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse). Former customers who previously received a money-back are not eligible again within 12 months.
7) Relationship to statutory rights
This policy adds to your legal rights (e.g., UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cooling-off). If you exercise cooling-off after service has begun, a reasonable deduction may apply for services already performed (see Cancellation Policy).
